ODC_Project - Project definition

Project definitions correspond to schema definitions in ODL. Thusan ODABA project is the container for different resources (data types, methods, forms, documentation etc.), which have to be maintained during project life time.
Project resources might be devided into subprojects, modules and namespaces. Since a project is a module and a module is a namespace, simple applications just need to define a single project in the resource database.

- proj_path - Project path
- resource_base - Resource database name
- path_names - Path names for subdirectories
- detailed_reference - Type of project reference
