Installing ODABA under MS Windows

Three types of installations are provided for windows:

Binaries
Documentation
Source code

Documentation is also provided online, but might be installed also on a local folder. Binaries are provides as MS C++ v 10. When another compiler version is required, one may download sources and recompile with the required compiler version. Beginning with version 7 all MS C++ compiler versions might be used.
