Names

Names in an OSI script file are used to refer to items defined in a schema. Since those items can be part of a namespace, names can be defined as simple identifiers or as scoped names. Names must begin with an alphabetic character or an underscore (_). Names consist of alpha-numerical characters and underscores but must not contains special national characters.
